Openly gay ex "Top Chef" contestant, Josie Smith-Malave, was leaving a Sea Cliff, NY bar with friends when she was apparently chased down by thugs screaming anti-gay slurs and eventually spit and beat on her. Click here to read the small (go figs) article.
